A Nomination record is related to an Engagement linking a Contact and a Program. One Engagement, e.g. between Jamal Smith and the Finance Leaders Fellowship Program, can have multiple Nominations.

As with Engagements, most Nomination records are created automatically through form submission. In some cases, you may wish to manually create a new nomination with information provided through other means.

A Class record is closely related to a Program record.

It is best created from the Program record itself.

Always create the Class from the Program record itself so that the direct connection is already created. If you create the Class record separately, make sure you connect it to the appropriate Program record!

The country record can be linked to contacts, accounts, and ventures. This allows us to click on the country record for Jordan, for example, and see all contacts, organizations, and projects related to Jordan. A country is linked to a sub-region so that we can easily find records by country or region.

*New Programs will be added by the System Administrator.

The Programs object is used primarily for our Fellowship programs. All information about the Henry Crown Fellowship Program, for example, will be connected to that program record, including primary staff contacts, moderators, classes, and fellowships.
