Pulling the Flight Schedule
Instructions for how to generate the AGLN Flight Schedule in Salesforce. The Flight Schedule is a formatted document that displays all upcoming seminars and special events.
Click the Flight Schedule Link
You can find the flight schedule link in the left hand sidebar on your Salesforce homepage.
If you don't see the flight schedule link, use the arrow on the left hand of your screen to open the sidebar.
Merge & Download the Document
After you click the flight schedule link, you will get a conga composer pop-up window. Make sure the flight schedule is selected and click "Merge & Download".
The downloaded Flight Schedule will appear in the window. Open and save the document.
