Salesforce Plug-In is used to track activities and correspondence with individuals and organizations. This feature allows you to quickly connect an email you receive to one or more Salesforce records and log emails that you send to specific records (Contact Record, Special Event Record, and/or Opportunity Record). 

For Custom Leadership Seminars, we most typically track emails in our Opportunity Records.
