Click your user icon at the top right of your screen, then click your name
View and update your user profile
Review your Salesforce Chatter profile - you can upload profile picture and cover photos and update your personal information.
Your Chatter feed will show recent actions you've taken on Salesforce, for example, updating records or using Chatter to message people. You can choose to follow other users as well as records to have updates show up in your feed.
