Select the Dashboard tab in your navigation bar. If you don't see the dashboard tab, click the More tab and select Dashboards from the drop down menu. If you still don't see the dashboard tab, click on the 9 dot matrix on the right hand side and begin typing Dashboards in to the search bar.

Then click "New Dashboard".

Enter a name and description for your dashboard then choose the folder in which you want to save your dashboard. Then click "Create".
