What is ScreenSteps?
ScreenSteps is a contextual reference tool that can provide step-by-step tutorials for different processes as well as general documentation on our Salesforce system. It's an organized FAQ guide to help you learn what Salesforce can do and equip you to make use of it.

This site is meant to guide you through your learning as you begin integrating Salesforce into your work. The first sections, in particular, are designed to get you oriented to the system and help you find your way.
An evolving resource
Many of our established processes are documented throughout this guide, but many are not. ScreenSteps is a "living" handbook, meaning that as our programs and processes evolve and our systems develop, ScreenSteps will grow alongside us, with new or revised articles to reflect any updates or answer any questions.
In order to keep it relevant and useful to everyone, please regularly reference it for help with your day to day tasks, let me know if you have a question that's not addressed, and comment on any articles you come across that appear to be out of date so they can be refreshed!
