Save the downloaded zipped folder to the Systems Folder (on Sharepoint)

Sharepoint offers version control, meaning that you can save a new version of an existing file while retaining access to earlier "versions" of the file.

Each CSV file is a separate object in Salesforce and contains all data stored in the fields for that object.
