Class Stage = Nomination, Shortlisting / Interview, Selection, Onboarding, Seminar 1 completed, Seminar 2 completed, Seminar 3 completed, Seminar 4 completed, (optional Seminar 5 completed), Graduated

- process so that nomination stage is default when creating a new class

- staff can update to shortlist, selection, to track progress but not too bad if that information isn't there

- update class stage to selection will default all related engagement statuses to

- process will set stage to seminar 1

Candidate Status = Confirmed, Declined, Reconsider (requested by candidate, decided by staff), Rejected

Fellowship Status = Pending, Active, Completed

Last Status = formula concatenate class/stage/status, e.g. Class 1 Nomination - Confirmed, Class 1 Shortlist - Confirmed, Class 1 Interview - Reconsider, Class 2 Selection - Rejected, Class 3 Seminar 1 - Pending, Seminar 1 - Active, Seminar 1 - Completed (etc.)

Attendee = TRUE formula based on Special Event Attendee Status = Confirmed, Checked In, Checked Out
