If you’d like to track private notes about a Program’s compliance, you can log that information in the following fields on the Program record:

• Notable Challenges to Compliance
• Notable Governance Challenges

These fields are only visible to users with the Executive Notes Permission Set. If in doubt, contact your System Administrator to find which specific users have access to this field.
