    Report Subscriptions

    When you schedule a report, you will need to set a running user whose data will be visible on the report (if your VP wants to see the report, make him/her the running user so the data they would normally see is visible). The running user must have access to the folder in which the report is saved.

    All email recipients must have access to the same folder, and the report is emailed within 30 minutes of the preferred Start Time.

    Filtering by relative or custom dates

    The standard filters in the report builder won't always let you filter the report for the time frame you want. You can remove the standard filter time frame and replace it with a custom filter.
