To switch from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning, click on Switch to Lightning Experience in the menu at the top of your screen.

To switch from Salesforce Lightning to Salesforce Classic, click on your avatar in the top right corner of your screen. Then select Switch to Salesforce Classic from the dropdown menu.
