<p>The record owner determines who can see and edit a record, based on their security settings. By default, record ownership is assigned to the user who creates a record, but record ownership can always be transferred, depending on privileges.</p>

<p><span>This option is meant for mass emails to a whole program or the AGLN at large. It can also be used for larger customized email lists, like those for nominations. It does not allow you to CC other people on each email, but DOES allow you to track open rates and other statistics!</span></p>
