Update a Program record*
*New Programs will be added by the System Administrator.
The Programs object is used primarily for our Fellowship programs. All information about the Henry Crown Fellowship Program, for example, will be connected to that program record, including primary staff contacts, moderators, classes, and fellowships.
Go to the Programs tab
Select a Program record
Update fields
Click "Edit" or double-click on a field to edit.
Add Program Staff
First, search to make sure the contact record does not already exist!
If it doesn't exist, you can create one directly from the Program record by clicking the "New Contact" button. Make sure you select the "Fellow" record type so that the contact is pulled into the AGLN directory.
If the record already exists, go to the contact record and select the program under "Program Staff (optional)."
