You can find the Venture Form URL for a specific Contact and Special Event on the Special Event Attendee record. This allows the form to connect the response to the Fellow but also to the Special Event so that you are able to pull all responses related to that Special Event into a PowerPoint template for in-seminar presentation.

In the event that you don't use Salesforce to prepare the PowerPoint slide deck during the seminar, you can use the Venture Presentation Form URL on the Special Event record to enter the collected responses from your Fellows. This will create the venture records for the class so that they are in place for when you send out the Venture Concept form.
