This will open up a new Venture Reflection Form

You can enter a placeholder for each question, e.g. "TBD" and submit. This will create a new Venture record with the placeholder title, "Fellow Name's Venture" along with the related Venture Post and Venture Contact records, linking the venture to the contact as the primary venture so that all future forms are linked to this new venture record.
