Tent Cards by Special Event Attendee (Individual Attendee)

From the Special Event Attendee Record

To access the Special Event Attendee record, click on the Special Event Attendees tab at top of the Salesforce window. Select the appropriate list view (i.e., *Include in Community) from the drop down menu located above the list view results section. 

Once the list view results appear, select the appropriate Special Event Attendee record by clicking on Special Event Attendee Number.

Selecting the Special Event Attendee Number opens the Special Event Attendee Record in Salesforce.

Tent Cards can be found in Custom Links section on the Special Event Attendee record in Salesforce.Click on the Tent Cards w/ Sessions link to open the Conga Composer Salesforce application (will open in pop-up window).

Once Conga Composer opens, confirm  that the SE Attendee - Tent Cards w/ Sessions template is selected under the Template List pane. Select Merge & Download. Conga Composer will gather information from the Special Event Attendee record to place into the Tent Card template. A Word document titled Attendee Name - 2016 Resnick Aspen Action Forum Tent Card will appear in your downloads. 

 

The Tent Card includes the Special Event Attendee's sessions (seminars, topical dialogues, and workshops) and roles (if applicable).
