Tent Cards by Session (Multiple Sessions)
Generating and printing Tent Cards from the Sessions List View is a method ideal for printing Tent Cards in bulk.
From Sessions List View
To access the Sessions list view, click on the Sessions tab at top of the Salesforce window. Select the appropriate list view (i.e., AF 16 - Master Specs - ALL Days) from the drop menu located above the list view results section.
Once the list view results appear, select the appropriate Session(s) that you would like to work from by checking the check box next to the Session line item(s).
After selecting the Session(s), click on the Session Tents button located at the top of the list view to open the Conga Conductor Salesforce application (will open in pop-up window).
Once Conga Conductor opens, select Start. Conga Conductor will gather information from the Session(s) record to place into the Session Roster template. The Session Tent Cards will download into a zip folder titled Session Name Tents (i.e., The New Philanthropists Roster) and appear in your downloads folder.
To access each Session's Tent Cards, open the zip folder and select the file to open it in Micorsoft Word.
The Session Tent Cards include the Session's attendee information including name on the outside of the tent card. The inside of the tent card includes the Session attendee's name, session title, date and time of session, and location of session.
