Event Production/Promotion Processes Checklist

Some of the specific how-to's here have been covered in the Pardot manual, but when there's an upcoming event tied to Pardot, it will be important to check off each of these steps to ensure a smooth event production process:

  1. Creating the Zoom link - at least 4 weeks before most events (ex: flash seminars, webinar series)
  2. Making the Add-to-Calendar page - at least 4 weeks before most events
  3. Building the Pardot form AND landing page - at least 4 weeks before most events
  4. Creating the Auto-Responder Email - at least 4 weeks before most events
  5. Finalizing event copy and graphics - at least 4 weeks before most events
  6. Securing moderators (as needed) - at least 2 weeks before event
  7. Adding a Zoom entrance video/image that will be seen by those in the waiting room - at least 2 days before event
