Materials: Bios, Ventures, Tent Cards, Badges
Pulling seminar materials in Salesforce via the Special Event Seminar record is done with easing using the Custom Links provided on the Special Event record.
Custom Links on Special Event Record
Seminar Attendees Bios
To access the bios of seminar attendees, click on the Attendee Bios (Conga) link located in the Custom Links section on the Special Event Record. The link will open up Conga Composer.
Once Conga Composer is open, make sure that the correct template is selected. Select Merge & Download which will download the word document containing attendee bios. Bios are grouped by moderators, participants, and staff.
Seminar Attendees Ventures
To access the Ventures of seminar attendees, click on the Ventures (Conga) link located in the Custom Links section on the Special Event Record. The link will open up Conga Composer.
Once Conga Composer is open, make sure that the correct template is selected. Select Merge & Download which will download the word document containing attendee ventures.
Tent Cards
To access the bios of seminar attendees, click on the Attendee Tent Cards (Conga) link located in the Custom Links section on the Special Event Record. The link will open up Conga Composer.

To access the name badges of seminar attendees, click on the Badges (Conga) link located in the Custom Links section on the Special Event Record. The link will open up Conga Composer.
