Set up your Survey Email Template
Go to "Email Templates" in Salesforce
Clone the following email template
You can find a generic template in the AGLN Templates folder: https://na24.salesforce.com/00X1a000000Qg6Z?setupid=CommunicationTemplatesEmail
Click "Clone"
Customize the email template
Replace the URL with your evaluation form URL (from the Special Event record)
Save
