Send your Survey to your Campaign

Go to the Contacts tab on Salesforce

Click "Mass Email Contacts" under the Tools section

Click "Mass Email Contacts" under the Tools section

Specify the recipients to include in your email

Click "Create New View." The Mass Email tool will not carry over Contact List views. You will need to create a new view for each mass email you send.

You can check/uncheck contacts in the campaign

For example, if you don't want to include moderators or staff in the email, you can uncheck the box next to their name.

You can BCC yourself on one of the messages that will be sent. You can also store the sent email as an activity for each contact.
